Responsibilities

• Lead and manage remote teams effectively, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
• Oversee property management operations, ensuring they meet the client's luxury standards and client expectations.
• Implement and refine processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction.
• Exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving, anticipating challenges and developing innovative solutions.
• Drive entrepreneurial initiatives within the team, encouraging creativity and the exploration of new opportunities to enhance the travel experience.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing remote teams and property management.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Process-oriented with a keen eye for detail and the ability to streamline operations for peak efficiency.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, with the capability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Excellent command of the English language, coupled with superior communication and soft skills.
• Proactive, with a demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and act decisively.
