Responsibilities

• Operate Access Management based on our service catalog
• Implement customer orders in accordance with our policies
• Plan, design, operate, control, monitor, and maintain Authorization Objects (Groups / Users) in Active Directory, as well as other applications within an international environment
• Collaborate conceptuallyin the area of access management (authorization models and processes)
• Provide reports, evaluations, and documentation of AM processes
• Collaborate on various projects
• Evaluate and contain incidents, initiate shun and escalation processes
• Advise users on all operational matters as well as exceptional situations

Requirements

• Recognized degree in IT or 5+ years of System Administrator experience with MS Active Directory
• Experience in PowerShell scripting related to the automation of processes and reporting
• Understanding of IT security needs and standards in the financial industry
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office products
• Effective organization skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently, with absolute reliability and resilience, as well as a willingness to learn and perform
• Service-oriented approach with a strong focus on addressing the needs of internal and external customers
• Proficiency in oral and written English (B2+ / C1 level)

Nice to have

• Certification in MCSA
