An established industry player is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead a dynamic team overseeing part-time Sales Advisors across multiple countries. The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for leading and supporting District Managers and Event Managers who oversee a part-time workforce of Sales Advisors executing Costco Vendor Events and CDS projects across Spain, France, and Sweden. This role ensures operational KPIs are consistently met while delivering a high-quality member experience. Working closely with Sales and Account Managers, field personnel, and various business support units, the Regional Operations Manager fosters operational excellence and consistency across all assigned markets.
