Job Title: Senior Marketing Specialist - Healthcare Division

Ecolab's healthcare division is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to help us become the global leader in delivering cleaner, safer, and healthier environments for our hospital customers. This key role in the Healthcare Marketing Team requires an individual capable of operating at both strategic and tactical levels. The successful candidate will execute the Healthcare Europe marketing strategy and report directly to the Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support sales growth, retention, and profitability of the healthcare division within the designated market through strategic planning and marketing program execution.
2. Communicate market needs and opportunities to the wider local and EU teams to support innovation pipelines.
3. Drive comprehensive solutions for responsible segments, targeting IP stakeholders within the Healthcare environment.
4. Contribute to the development of short- and long-term strategies and execution plans for digital marketing.
5. Manage the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network for specific segments.
6. Create and execute marketing campaigns and customer events to enhance brand awareness.
7. Provide sales enablement, product training, gather competitive intelligence, and integrate sustainability into product/segment strategies.
8. Collaborate with critical functions such as Sales, Finance, R&D, and Scientific Marketing.
9. Work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager and European Marketing Team to share best practices.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional marketing experience in the healthcare sector.
• Experience working within a healthcare environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and navigate matrix organizations to achieve business results.
• CRM experience and aptitude are highly advantageous.
