A leading iGaming operator focused on the LATAM market is looking for a Head of Performance Marketing. The role is fully remote but also calls for the individual to be responsible and mature since they will be occupying a key position within the business. You will manage a team of 8 individuals, including Data Analysts, Paid Media & Programming specialists, SEO executives, and an affiliate team. You will work closely with the CRM team, which includes your direct reports, all based in South America. Spanish is not a must, but some knowledge of the language would be desirable.

What You’ll be Doing:
- Define and execute an advanced, data-centric paid media strategy, optimize acquisition funnels, navigate regulatory complexities, and integrate AI-powered personalization across channels. Continuously identify new acquisition opportunities across emerging platforms.
- This is a high-impact leadership role, reporting directly to the executive team and working cross-functionally across data, product, CRM, and technology.
- Design and lead the long-term performance marketing strategy across regulated and non-regulated markets, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
- Own and optimize the digital acquisition P&L, with a focus on ROI, LTV, and CPA.
- Elevate the sophistication of the acquisition engine through advanced tracking, attribution modeling, and real-time campaign optimization using AI and machine learning.
- Navigate regulatory and technical challenges specific to the online betting industry.
- Integrate performance marketing efforts with CRM, Content, and Product teams to drive full-funnel conversion optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing performance marketing team across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Technology teams to ensure precise campaign measurement and attribution.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging acquisition channels and trends, including platforms like TikTok, Twitch, and Kick.Com.
- Drive continuous innovation by evaluating, testing, and implementing new marketing technologies, platforms, and methodologies.
What We’re Looking for in an Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, with at least 5 years in the online betting, gaming, or similarly regulated industries.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp campaigns, TikTok Ads, and X Ads, as well as advanced paid media management platforms (e.g., SA360, Meta Advantage+).
- Proven experience working with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as Adjust or AppsFlyer, and attribution/fraud prevention systems.
- Strong technical knowledge in tracking (GA4, GTM, Segment) and data integration.
- Hands-on experience applying AI/ML solutions to campaign optimization and personalization.
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented, with a strong command of metrics such as ROAS, LTV, CAC, and cohort analysis.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex acquisition funnels at scale.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent decision-making capabilities, able to operate under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
- Experience managing affiliate marketing programs in the online betting space.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
