Regional Director of Business Development – Southwest Territory (CA, Anaheim)

Hobson Prior is seeking a Director / Senior Director, Regulatory Affairs Labelling, Advertising, and Promotion to join the team. This role will focus on overseeing the labelling process for various programs from development to global commercialization. The successful candidate will provide guidance on marketing strategies and promotional materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the labelling process for all programs globally.
• Offer guidance on marketing strategies and promotional plans.
• Review and approve labelling and promotional materials.
• Act as the regulatory representative in relevant committees.
• Develop creative regulatory strategies that align with business goals while managing risks.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A degree in life sciences, chemistry, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong understanding of promotional regulations and best practices.
• Experience in a dynamic work environment is beneficial.
