Who We Are

Vistaprint is looking for a strategic leader to join our Global Email Marketing team to oversee the email program in our German and Dutch Markets. You will be joining the team responsible for creating campaign and customer strategies across 16 markets spanning North America and Europe with the goal to increase customer engagement, incentivize purchases, and drive long-term customer value. By partnering with our internal Creative, Go to Market, and Analytics teams, the Global Email Team turns these strategies into reality and monitors and optimizes actions based on performance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in strategic channel marketing with a proven track record of delivering high-performing campaign strategies and results.

What You Will Do

1. Oversee Germany and Dutch Email marketing plans, providing input and strategic direction, to meet business objectives and exceed financial expectations across the German market.
2. Manage and closely monitor KPIs to influence and optimize campaign strategy, exceeding financial objectives, and report weekly results to stakeholders.
3. Apply extensive marketing background to contribute fresh ideas and innovative concepts to develop strategic channel roadmap.
4. Partner with creative and Go to Market teams to influence concept strategies and ensure email campaigns meet platform goals, channel best practices, and create impact.
5. Develop, design, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across offers, creative, mailable files, and segmentation.
6. Collaborate with global team members across marketing, creative, content, and analytics to elevate marketing plans and ensure campaign objectives are met.
7. Develop new processes and identify opportunities to improve current workflows, aiming to deliver value to the customer more quickly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategic channel marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or related field.
• Ability to analyze data sets and trends to inform strategy and decisions.

Nice To Have

• Experience working in agile or scrum environments.
• Experience with forecasting and analytical tools such as Looker.
