Where do you fit in?

The Central Quality Reviewer (CQR) is responsible for delivering services and tasks to meet company strategies. The CQR oversees data for Signant Health’s Rater Training, Endpoint Reliability, and Quality Assurance programs. They will analyze clinical data for scales used as study endpoints, ensuring proper administration and scoring calibration, and providing remediation to investigators via email and phone as needed. The CQR may also interview study participants or independently score endpoint scales from audio/video submissions.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Conduct activities in full accordance with Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
2. Contribute to training, calibration exercises, and quality control procedures.
3. Evaluate submitted data according to Rater Training and Endpoint Reliability programs, providing feedback to raters.
4. Ensure review and remediation processes are consistent, resolving ambiguities collaboratively.
5. Interview subjects or provide independent scoring based on audio/video reviews, as per protocol.
6. Monitor and review internal and external CQR activities, ensuring quality and performance.
7. Assist in study start-up, including developing onboarding and training materials.
8. Identify and escalate potential issues proactively.
9. Support site relationship development to ensure proper training and calibration.
10. Communicate feedback and instructions effectively with site staff.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree, M.D., Ph.D., Psy.D, Pharm.D., or Bachelor’s degree/RN with relevant clinical experience, including psychiatric/cognitive scale administration.
• Comfortable providing investigator and peer remediation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely with diverse international teams.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep knowledge of psychiatric and cognitive scales.
• Basic statistical knowledge and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent problem resolution, communication, and organizational skills in English.
