ABOUT US Since 2016, Humeo | Recruitment Geeks has been connecting IT talent with their dream employers. We provide recruitment services for top tech companies around the world. These are mainly global, well-known product companies like: Akamai, Amazon, Dynatrace, or LeoVegas. We work with them in RPO and success-fee models.

ABOUT YOUR POSITION

You will work as an in-house recruiter for one of our clients – Akamai – a global tech company responsible for handling around 30% of the world’s internet traffic. You will lead end-to-end IT recruitment processes. Most of your work will involve collaborating with candidates and hiring managers, but from time to time you will also need to do your own sourcing.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Running your own IT recruitment projects (full-cycle)
  2. Actively sourcing candidates using all appropriate tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job postings, etc.)
  3. Conducting recruitment interviews
  4. Working with hiring managers – in this role, you'll be embedded within the client’s internal team. This means you’ll participate in briefings, gather and define role requirements, ensure timely process execution and feedback, suggest optimizations, and advise client managers on recruitment matters.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

At least 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, including at least 1 year as an in-house / RPO recruiter. Solid knowledge and understanding of the IT industry. A sense of responsibility – meaning a willingness to take full ownership of your processes. Proactiveness in day-to-day work. Fluent English (C1). Fluent Spanish (C1 level). EU citizenship is a must.

HOW DO WE RECRUIT RECRUITERS?

We can complete the whole process (including the offer) within two weeks. It consists of the following stages:

  1. Screening call: We’ll tell you about us and our client and discuss your experience (approx. 45 minutes)
  2. Short sourcing task: to complete at home
  3. Sourcing & recruitment interview: this is our main recruitment meeting, where we’ll talk in detail about your sourcing and recruiting skills (approx. 1.5 hours)
  4. Meetings with the client’s team (2x 45 minutes)

All meetings can be held online via Google Meet. At the end of the process, regardless of the outcome, you’ll receive clear feedback.
