We are looking for a Store Manager for our new store in Barcelona!

WHAT YOUR DAY AT POP MART WILL BE LIKE

You are a Manager with a strong focus on business and Customer Satisfaction. You know how to develop and supervise a team. Your interpersonal skills help resolve internal and external conflicts. You are dynamic, flexible, smart, and a problem solver. Your love of field work, management experience, and ability to analyze and handle difficult situations will be key to your daily goals. You are passionate about retail.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the area manager in daily activities by actively contributing to the design of the Store's commercial and HR strategies.
  • Manage your shop comprehensively.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor measures to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
  • Ensure and collaborate in implementing merchandising standards and optimizing sales space to maximize profitability.
  • Manage the warehouse by maintaining appropriate stock levels in line with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
  • Have good product and fashion knowledge, and apply brand and seasonal visual merchandising standards.
  • Supervise customer reception, ensuring it aligns with POP MART guidelines.
  • Coordinate commercial and organizational activities at your store (animations, events, new launches, CRM campaigns).
  • Train new team members and support their growth and development.
  • Act as a role model and promote effective communication within the sales team.
  • Monitor team performance (KPIs and achievement of personal and store objectives) and motivate the team to achieve results.
  • Analyze and interpret KPIs related to customer behavior (entrances, average receipt, pieces per receipt).
  • Ensure departmental targets (budget and sales goals) are met.
  • Apply company procedures (regulations, safety protocols) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central services.

Background

  • Citizenship or Work Permit required.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
  • Knowledge of key trade KPIs, confidence in budget management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Agility, dynamism, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong results orientation.
  • High predisposition for team management, guiding teams toward objectives, and fostering team spirit.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of Spanish & English.
