We are seeking an OT Applications Manager responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize the convergence of Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT). This role involves overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of systems aligned with business objectives, security standards, and enterprise architecture policies. The manager will collaborate closely with IT and OT teams to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain competitive advantages through secure and innovative solutions. A comprehensive understanding of both IT and OT systems, as well as awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define the EA and Governance Framework to streamline architecture and establish standards.
2. Align roles and responsibilities between OT, IT, and external providers to ensure stability and support.
3. Foster collaboration between IT and OT teams, serving as a key intermediary.
4. Identify and assess emerging technologies and industry trends for their impact on IT/OT convergence strategy.
5. Evaluate existing systems for security, effectiveness, and resiliency; develop improvement strategies.
6. Participate in proof-of-concept efforts and evaluate new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
7. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure security, resiliency, and scalability of systems.
8. Oversee planning, design, and implementation of IT/OT projects.
9. Develop OT change control, security policies, procurement practices, and audit requirements.
10. Maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure successful project implementation.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of industry standards such as NIST 800-82, CPWE, and ISA/IEC 62443.
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems (ICS, MES, QCS, data historian, process technology, analytics).
• Technical experience with OT systems and processes preferred.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience delivering compliant IT and OT systems in controlled environments.
• Deep understanding of Operational Technology and current regulations for computer systems validation.
• Strong negotiation, troubleshooting, change management, and leadership skills.
