Within Southern Europe zone and reporting to Iberia & Morocco Country Manager & Southern Europe HR Director, you will be responsible for all HR actions designed to contribute to optimal performance conditions for our store teams of Spain, Portugal & Morocco and the head office in Madrid.
As a true partner to Retail, you will be a key contact for the Iberia & Morocco Country Manager, and will work closely with store managers in their day-to-day HR activities. You are also the main contact for the sales teams.
You are responsible for recruiting the entire sales population, challenging and ensuring the best possible organization, by ensuring, through innovative sourcing, a perfect balance of profiles according to needs in terms of potential, seniority, language skills, product expertise.
Drawing on your experience of monitoring teams, their potential and their career aspirations, you will adapt the company's development policy to the Iberian & Moroccan market, guaranteeing the development and retention of the organization's talents. You help to create ambitious and innovative development & career paths.
For the whole perimeter, you will ensure that a positive social climate is maintained and that legal obligations are respected. You contribute to the zone's disciplinary files.
You prepare budget exercises with operational staff and the C&B department, and monitor rolling. You ensure that the budgeted headcounts are respected. You are responsible for collecting and guiding end-of-year salary recommendations, advising operational staff while respecting the budget. With a master's degree from a business school or university specializing in HR, you must have minimum 8 years' experience in a generalist HR Retail position.
With strong interpersonal skills, you are generous and curious in your dealings, while being agile and results-oriented in a context of rapid change. You are proactive, pragmatic and solutions-oriented, and have strong organizational skills. Field-oriented, you are available to travel regularly in the area.
Fluent Spanish and English essential.
