We are looking for a (Senior) Commercial Project Manager to join our Customer Service business administration team. The role involves preparing competitive offers, managing ongoing projects on budget and within Siemens guidelines, and improving contract profitability. Responsibilities include financial analysis, contract reviews, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The role reports directly to the Head of Customer Services Business Administration.

What are my responsibilities?
  1. Prepare all relevant financial information during the offer phase and present it in the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) meeting for both national and international offers.
  2. Serve as a trusted partner for the Project Manager of ongoing projects, managing all commercial aspects.
  3. Ensure accuracy of project books and records, including proper entry into systems like SAP, and compliance with Siemens-FRG and local GAAP requirements.
  4. Oversee project reporting and controlling activities for local and international contracts.
  5. Manage financial results to meet targets, optimize project gross profit, cash flow, assets, and financing instruments.
  6. Actively handle all commercial and financial issues under your responsibility.
  7. Communicate financial results and key drivers to management.
What do I need to qualify for this role?
  1. At least 5 years of experience in commercial project management or finance.
  2. Good knowledge of performance controlling, sales, and project execution.
  3. Familiarity with calculation methods, finance models, forecasting, and project controlling.
  4. Understanding of accounting principles (IFRS / Siemens FRG) and taxation.
  5. Knowledge of Siemens business processes, policies, and procedures.
  6. Experience with Business Administration (BA) tools.
  7. Strong analytical skills.
  8. High sense of responsibility.
  9. Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and oral).
  10. Excellent teamwork, collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills.
