Formación

• 5 años de experiencia en un rol de soporte IT.
• Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas en entornos macOS y Windows.
• Comunicarse cómodamente en inglés y español, tanto hablado como escrito.

Responsabilidades

• Proporcionar soporte técnico rápido y confiable a todos los empleados.

Product: Innovamat has developed a research-based, fully-resourced curriculum program. We provide a shift in traditional instruction and learning.

Your mission

As an IT Helpdesk at Innovamat, your mission is to provide fast, friendly, and reliable IT support to all employees. You will be responsible for resolving issues related to devices, operating systems, and software tools, ensuring that everyone can work efficiently and without interruptions. As you grow in the role, you will gradually take on more technical responsibility, helping coordinate day-to-day tasks and serving as the primary point of contact for the helpdesk team.

Your day to day at Innovamat

• Support employees worldwide by solving IT issues with speed, clarity, and a positive attitude.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS problems (macOS, Windows), making sure devices run smoothly.
• Set up and manage operating systems and ensure devices are correctly configured for performance and security.
• Manage our fleet of devices using MDM (JumpCloud), taking care of setup, updates, and security policies.
• Track over 900 assets using our inventory system — from laptops to accessories — throughout their lifecycle.
• Support company tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian, keeping access and services running smoothly.
• Assist with access management, user provisioning/deprovisioning, and ensuring service availability.
• Keep IT documentation clear and up to date, helping both users and teammates solve problems faster.
• Gradually take on more technical ownership, helping organize daily tasks and becoming a go-to contact for the helpdesk team.

What are we looking for?

• Grado Superior en Administración de Sistemas Informáticos en Red (ASIR) or higher.
• 5 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for macOS and Windows environments.
• Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage tasks independently and work well in a team.
• Comfortable working in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

It will be great if…

• Experience with device management platforms (e.g., JumpCloud, Intune, Jamf).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace administration and Jira Service Management.
