Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with the Iberian General Manager and business leaders to develop strategic recommendations.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve objectives.
• Manage the annual budgeting process and quarterly business reviews.
• Provide thought leadership on business transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and business, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to communicate complex financial information effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in a business finance role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
