We are looking for

• Minimum 7 years of software development experience, with significant expertise in .NET and Java, including leading technical teams and managing complex applications.
• Adaptable technological skills: eager to learn new technologies such as Ruby, Python, and React, supported by our team to develop into a technical leader in these areas.
• Experience with other languages like Ruby on Rails, React, Python, or Node.js is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and microservices architecture.
• Experience managing and mentoring development teams, internal and external.
• Experience with batch processing and scripting (Bash).
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases is highly valued.
• Experience with CI/CD tools is highly valued.
