Formación

About the Job

Allianz Technology is a global leader in driving technological innovation and operational excellence within the Allianz Group. The central Risk Management function at Allianz Technology encompasses both Enterprise Risk Management and Operational Risk Management (ORM).

As a key member of the ORM team, you will support activities related to the Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) lifecycle and various risk initiatives.

What you do

  • Non-Financial Risk Management Lifecycle: Support activities across all risk domains and lifecycle steps, including Scoping, Risk & Control Assessment, Control Documentation, Quality Assurance, Control Testing, and Assurance Reporting to customers.
  • Provide functional support to Functional/Entity Risk Officers on risk-related topics.
  • Assist the Risk Management function in providing guidance and sharing best practices through knowledge documents, periodic ad-hoc trainings, and learning sessions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in business IT functions, Risk Officers, and other safeguarding functions (e.g., Information Security Officer, Protection & Resilience) and customers across Allianz Operating Entities (OEs).

What you bring

  • Recognized professional designations in Information Risk Management, Project Management, Operational Risk Management, or Audit Service (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CIA, CRISC) are a plus.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office; knowledge of ORGS and ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively find solutions/recommendations to issues or problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex and sensitive issues to senior management with proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functional groups.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • 2-5 years of progressive experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Information Risk Management, Project Management, Operational Risk Management, or Audit Service.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
