Business Development Executive (B2B SaaS)

What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Executive , you will :

  • Identify and connect with potential customers to generate new business opportunities
  • Present product solutions effectively, tailoring your approach to the customer’s needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from outreach and follow-up to closing deals
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and other teams to improve outreach strategies
  • Share insights and fresh ideas to help us refine our go-to-market approach
  • Use CRM and automation tools to track activities and drive efficiency

Requirements

  • Proven minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Highly organized with a fast-learning mindset
  • Proactive and committed to excellence
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing, dynamic environment

Bonus Points

  • Fluency in additional languages : Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, or French
  • Experience or background in logistics or shipping
