A leading company in intelligent sorting solutions seeks a Sales Professional to manage customer relationships and drive business development in logistics automation. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills, with the ambition to excel in a dynamic environment. The role involves collaborating with international teams and requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • Fluent in English and willing to undertake overseas long-term business trips.

The company developed the world's first portable, modular, and automated unit sorting system, integrating logistics automation, R&D, production, and sales of intelligent equipment.

Libiao's intelligent sorting systems are widely used across various industries and scenarios, including express delivery, supermarkets, retail, footwear & garments, pharmaceuticals, catering, cold storage, publishing, and manufacturing. Over 50,000 sorting robots are operational in countries such as the US, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and across Europe.

Responsibilities :

  1. Maintain and manage relationships with current end-user customers and develop the sales pipeline to meet annual sales and revenue targets in the local area;
  2. Collaborate closely with overseas sales channels, assist in business planning, and build strong long-term relationships;
  3. Generate new business opportunities and develop key customers;
  4. Collect and analyze market trends, provide feedback on customer and market demands, and promote business development.

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in science or engineering; overseas study or work experience is a plus;
  2. At least two years of sales or business development experience in logistics automation equipment, logistics integration, or intelligent manufacturing, or technical support and planning/design experience in these industries;
  3. Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, resilience under pressure, and career ambition;
  4. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, and willing to undertake overseas long-term business trips.
