A leading company in logistics automation, Libiao Robotics, is seeking a Sales/Business Development professional to manage customer relationships and drive sales in the local area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics automation, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel. Formación

  • At least two years of sales or business development experience in logistics automation.
  • Experience in technical support, planning, and design is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and willing to travel overseas.

Libiao Robotics is the global pioneer of intelligent sorting robots since 2016 and the world's leading supplier of flexible intelligent sorting solutions. The company has created the world's first portable, modular, and automated unit sorting system, including an original robot tote handling system. It integrates logistics automation, research and development, production, and sales of intelligent equipment.

Currently, Libiao's intelligent sorting system is widely used across various industries and scenarios such as express delivery, supermarkets, retail, shoes & garments, medicine, catering, cold storage, book publishing, and manufacturing. Over 50,000 sorting robots are operational in countries including the US, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and Europe.

Responsibilities :
  1. Maintain and manage existing end-user customer relationships and develop sales pipelines to meet annual sales and revenue targets in the local area.
  2. Collaborate closely with overseas sales channels, assist in business planning, and build strong long-term relationships.
  3. Generate new business opportunities and develop key customers.
  4. Analyze market trends, gather customer and market demands, and promote business development.
Qualifications :
  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in science or engineering; candidates with overseas study or work experience are preferred.
  2. At least two years of sales or business development experience in logistics automation equipment, logistics integrators, or intelligent manufacturing; experience in technical support, planning, and design in these industries is a plus.
  3. Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, resilience under pressure, and career ambition.
  4. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, and willing to travel overseas for long-term business trips.
