About the Role

As a BDR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business acquisition and revenue growth. This senior, hands-on position involves closing deals, conducting demos, prospecting high-value accounts, leading a team of BDRs, and developing sales strategies. You will also focus on OKRs, pipeline optimization, and leveraging product / tech knowledge to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and engage with high-value accounts, ensuring strategic outbound efforts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and discovery calls to showcase Manatal's value.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from outreach to closing and account management.
  • Optimize outreach channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, events) for engagement.
  • Define and implement outbound sales strategies to meet quarterly targets.
  • Set and monitor OKRs and KPIs for the BDR team, aligning with company goals.
  • Train, mentor, and manage BDRs to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
  • Refine lead generation and outreach playbooks based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, SalesOps, and Customer Success teams to improve lead quality and prospecting efficiency.

Process & Optimization

  • Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting.
  • Implement automation tools and AI-driven insights to enhance prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Analyze outbound performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and product updates to refine messaging.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role coaching BDRs or SDRs.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
  • Strong experience in outbound strategies and lead-generation process improvements.
  • Tech-savvy with understanding of software products and their value.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Thai) are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented.
