We are looking for a Product Development Lead for our team in Valencia to work with one of the most important Tier 1 companies in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead product definition in collaboration with the Design and Development Leader to ensure compliance with requirements.
2. Establish and manage the bill of materials.
3. Lead action plans to resolve all technical issues, including perceived quality issues.
4. Ensure process feasibility for customers in accordance with best practices, standards, and guidelines, including ergonomics standards.
5. Be responsible for complete product and process validation to achieve parts and production process approval (PPAP) on time and in compliance with OEM and legal requirements (S/R, Environment).
6. Define the design validation plan and ensure its successful execution.
7. Ensure that product target costs meet program requirements.
8. Serve as the main technical representative to the customer.
9. Manage work teams and promote their professional development.

Requirements:

• Higher education degree.
• Over 4 years of experience as a Product Development Lead in the automotive industry.
• Experience with aesthetic plastic parts.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Location: Valencia.
