SAP HCM Payroll Consultant - Remote / Europe

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join one of Europe's largest and fastest-growing clients. This role is part of a progressive and innovative international team and is offered on a 6+ months contract basis. The position is fully remote.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in HCM Payroll across various geographies
• Knowledge of payroll legislation and award structures, especially in Government sectors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in SAP HR, including:
• Organizational Management
• Payroll (preferably in Germany / Luxembourg)
• Time Management
• Personal Administration
• Exposure to HR to FI / CO integration
• Experience with ESS / MSS / Portal
• Experience with integrated HR and rostering solutions
• Ability to understand user issues functionally and resolve queries based on implemented processes
• Experience in formulating, documenting, and implementing functional and technical specifications
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good knowledge of current technical trends, including systems integration and service-oriented architecture
