Job Title

Software Engineer II

Job Description

The Regional Customer Center Spain, located in Barcelona, focuses on South Europe (Spain, Portugal, Italy, France) and Latam countries (Brazil, Chile, Perú, Colombia, Argentina, Panama, Uruguay).

Responsibilities

• Participate in project definition phases.
• Create project configurations and detailed application designs.
• Develop and test software components, including interfaces with other systems.
• Verify software components and create unit tests.
• Deploy and support software in factory and customer site environments.
• Maintain documentation and project deliverables.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues, implement requested changes.
• Support project teams and stakeholders, including Level 3 support.
• Collaborate with controls engineers, project managers, and other engineers across projects.
• Report to the IT Software Team Leader.

Profile

Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor or Master’s in Computer Systems or Software Engineering.
• Experience in real-time systems, C#, SQL Server (min 2 years).
• Knowledge of SQL, TCP/IP, Angular, .NET, Jira, Bitbucket.
• Strong English and Spanish language skills (B2).
• Proven API implementation success, good communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Preferred Skills

• Driving license, networking, Kubernetes, big data, logistics experience, agile mindset.
