Due to internal progression, we are seeking a talented, driven, and dynamic individual to join us as a HR Project Manager in our fabulous Barcelona office.

The purpose of this position is to manage and drive global / regional projects operating under our Global HR Platform portfolio in accordance with our PMO frameworks.

In addition to managing multiple projects, you'll be actively involved in our Agile implementation roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing projects of various sizes and complexities, working with global teams across internal and external stakeholders.
• Driving projects following the GHRP project framework and agile methodologies.
• Acting as the Scrum Master for an agile team.
• Preparing the team and backlog for Program Increment Planning and leading the planning exercise.
• Managing the delivery plan, ensuring milestones are met within scope and budget.
• Defining roles, setting milestones, and clarifying responsibilities.
• Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks and issues.
• Advocating for GHRP processes, service catalog, and ways of working.

Qualifications and skills:

• Demonstrable project management or coordination experience.
• Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO).
• A desire to learn, develop, and grow as a Project Manager.
• Strong organization and communication skills, acting as a bridge between developers and the business.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• A data-driven mindset capable of analyzing complex information.
• Fluent English skills; additional languages are advantageous.
