The Strategy Consulting division of Axon Partners Group offers first class specialist strategy & operations consulting services in the ICT sector to a wide range of clients, including technology companies, cybersecurity service providers, telecommunications operators and public policy bodies.

Your activities :

• Managing international teams of consultants to execute strategy & operations consulting projects for clients in the ICT sector. These projects typically include the definition and implementation of corporate strategies, operational and business excellence initiatives, and organizational transformation programs.
• Managing communication and interactions with the client’s senior management and CxOs.
• Communicating the outcomes of the project to both internal and external clients through written, graphical and oral presentations.
• Between 4 and 8 years of professional experience in Strategy & Operations Consulting (ideally within the ICT sector).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
• Master or equivalent educational background will be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills (oral and writing).
• High team leadership skills.
• Flexibility to travel internationally as needed
• Empathy and ability to be integrated into multicultural teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• If you speak other languages e.g. : Spanish or Arabic, that would be considered an advantage.
