A leading open-source GRC application company is seeking a professional to support Product, Consulting, and Sales efforts. The role offers mentorship and training opportunities, with a focus on ISO 27001. Ideal candidates will have experience in GRC and be fluent in English. This fully remote position is available only to Spanish residents.

This role is primarily focused on three key areas: Product, Consulting, and Sales. While we don’t expect you to have prior experience in all three, our goal is to support your growth and development across each of these verticals. You’ll receive guidance and mentorship to help you build the necessary skills and evolve into a well-rounded professional within the GRC space.

Product related Tasks :

1. Assist the product team in defining and documenting new functionalities for the application.
2. Assist the product team in documenting functionalities on our website, forum, and learning portal.
3. Test some of the most complex functionalities of the software (some of which you will design).

Consulting related Tasks :

1. Deliver Eramba implementation workshops around Risk & Compliance to our worldwide customers.
2. Deliver ISO 27001 related implementation services to our customers.

Sales related Tasks :

1. Help our sales team deliver online events to our community.
2. Design and deliver Eramba training sessions to our community.
3. Write articles in the space of GRC.

You will likely gain experience across all three areas: Product, Consulting, and Sales.

After a couple of years, you will gradually specialise in one or two areas where your interests and strengths align.

We will invest in your training, particularly around ISO 27001 and related certifications.

You’ll have time allocated for research in the GRC space and to collaborate with the GRC community.

You will work closely with and be mentored by a senior GRC professional who will support your development.

Qualifications

1. You must have worked in GRC (ISO 27001, Audits, Risk, etc.) for at least two years.
2. While formal education is not mandatory, it helps us understand your interests better.
3. GRC or Cybersecurity certifications are useful but not required.
4. You must be fluent in English; all interviews will be conducted in English, and this will be closely evaluated.

Compensation :

• Work is fully remote.
• Provided equipment: Laptop, Phone.
• Salary up to 40k EUR per year, depending on experience.
• This position is only available to Spanish residents.
