The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML) Engineer with expertise in developing AI-powered applications. The role involves building end-to-end AI & GenAI solutions, from concept and prototyping to production and operations.

The Opportunity

1. Generative AI Application Development: Collaborate with Agile teams to integrate LLMs and classical AI techniques into user-centric, real-time applications.
2. Algorithm Development: Design, develop, optimize, and fine-tune AI algorithms for use cases such as text generation, summarization, chatbots, data analysis, and more.
3. LLM Fine-Tuning and Customization: Customize pre-trained LLMs for specific business needs using prompt engineering, transfer learning, and few-shot techniques.
4. End-to-End Pipeline Development: Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines, including data ingestion, training, deployment, and monitoring, leveraging MLOps best practices.
5. Performance Optimization: Enhance model inference speed, reduce latency, and manage resource usage across cloud architectures.
6. Model Deployment: Deploy models at scale using cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
7. Monitoring and Maintenance: Implement continuous monitoring, feedback loops, and incremental fine-tuning to maintain model accuracy and address biases.
8. Software Development: Follow best practices in software engineering, including unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, API setup, and robust logging.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a relevant degree (B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D., etc.) in Computer Science or related fields.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, including classical methods and language model applications.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Expertise with Transformer architectures and LLM frameworks like LangChain.
• Experience with designing end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Strong understanding of MLOps tools and practices, including version control, CI/CD, containerization, and orchestration.
• Experience deploying models on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, with familiarity with services like Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, and SageMaker.
• Data engineering skills, including working with structured and unstructured data, data lakes, and APIs.
• Ability to evaluate models using relevant metrics and ensure their performance and reliability.
