We are a growing company looking for a Customs Specialist to join our Operations team. Manage all required customs clearance documentation for both incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring full compliance with local and international customs regulations, including tariff classifications, valuation, and duty calculations.

Stay up-to-date with changes in customs regulations, tax laws, and other relevant rules, ensuring that internal processes are updated to align with the latest requirements.

Analyze performance and optimize customs procedures : Evaluate customs clearance data and performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all customs clearance activities, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while facilitating easy access for audits or reviews.

Monitor and enhance operational performance : Proactively evaluate the performance of couriers, recommending improvements to optimize service levels. Monitor delivery times, return processes, and quality KPIs, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration.

Fluent in English, written and verbal communication skills.

Strong domain of the office package.

Strong analytical and data drive mindset with problem solving focus.

Strong ability to understand and interpret legal regulations and standards.

Possibility to work remotely.
