Formación

One of our companies is currently looking for an Account Manager - EMEA in Spain .

This is a dynamic role ideal for a sales-savvy professional eager to build long-term partnerships across global markets. As an Account Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, drive growth through strategic upselling, and identify new sales opportunities in the EMEA region. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver value to customers and act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and ensuring long-term success. Accountabilities :

  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts across the EMEA region
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop strategic partnerships and act as a consultant to help clients reach their business goals
  • Support the sales team as a regional expert and help structure operational growth strategies
  • Attend industry events, network professionally, and drive brand awareness
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in tech or fintech
  • Strong track record of managing client portfolios and closing deals
  • Background in payments, finance, or SaaS is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Fluent in English; additional EMEA-region languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
  • Self-starter with a curious mindset and strong business acumen
