Currently, BATA Spain and AW LAB Spain aim to strengthen their HR Management Departments by hiring a professional responsible for managing HR processes for Spanish employees.

In Spain, AW LAB is experiencing significant growth in its network of direct shops and franchises.

KEY CHALLENGES

  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding of new employees, including initial orientation and training
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Monitor attendance and manage timekeeping systems
  • Assist in managing employee payroll and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with all labor and safety regulations at the store
  • Assist in preparing and managing HR audits
  • Implement company policies and procedures related to HR
  • Manage HR-related documentation
  • Oversee staff selection and recruitment processes
  • Collaborate with production supervisors to understand staffing needs
  • Coordinate and organize training and development activities for store staff

CORE COMPETENCIES

  • At least 1 year of HR experience, ideally in multinational environments
  • Consistent delivery of tasks respecting deadlines and department priorities
  • Attention to detail and verification of information to ensure quality
  • Effective collaboration with other departments
  • Good interpersonal skills across all organizational levels and external contacts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Hands-on approach to tasks

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

  • Catalan

LOCATION

  • Possibility of working remotely (smart working) part of the week after an initial on-site training period
