What You’ll Do

As our BDR, you’ll be the engine driving new business opportunities and building relationships that lead to long-term partnerships. This is a full-cycle role —while you won’t be conducting demos initially, you’ll shadow demo sessions to eventually take charge of the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. Here's a breakdown of your day-to-day :

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Utilize automated lead generation tools (Genesy AI) to automatically generate high-quality leads and prioritize them for outreach.
  • Research industries, competitors, and client needs to create highly personalized outreach.
  • Drive traffic inbound by creating tailored content and campaigns that attract the right prospects.

Building and Nurturing Relationships

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' pain points and showcase how Mainder can solve them.
  • Cultivate meaningful conversations with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Qualify leads based on their potential, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria to move forward in the sales process.
  • Maintain and update a healthy pipeline in the CRM (we use Hubspot) to track all interactions and follow-ups.
  • Assist in managing leads through the sales funnel until they’re fully qualified for the Account Executive team.

Strategic Execution & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the founders to implement and refine outbound sales strategies for maximum impact.
  • Share feedback to align messaging and sales tactics with the broader marketing strategy.
  • As you progress, you’ll take full ownership of demo sessions, presenting Mainder’s value proposition to prospects.
  • Develop and present customized proposals, addressing client-specific needs.
  • Drive the closing process, ensuring that prospects convert into long-term clients.

What We Need

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow. Here’s what success looks like :

Experience

  • 1+ years in SaaS B2B sales or a related customer-facing role (inside sales, business development, SDR, etc.).
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools (Lusha, Kasper, etc.), and working with CRMs (we use Hubspot).

Skills

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to craft compelling emails and hold engaging calls that convert interest into action.
  • Strong organizational skills—you can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.

Competitive Package

  • Base Salary : €28,000 (first year).
  • OTE : Earn between €45,000 - €65,000+ (with uncapped commission).
  • Bonus : You’ll earn 120% of the New MRR you generate monthly—no cap!
