This remote, equity-only role offers the chance to shape a meaningful future in legal services, working closely with the founder on innovative product development and strategic decisions.

Formación

• Experience with legaltech, GPT-based apps, or low-code tools is a plus.
• Prior experience as a startup founder or early-stage builder.
• Familiarity with legal systems in Latin America or Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Build and test prototypes, integrating ML models for legal document classification.

We are looking for a

Technical Co-Founder

who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty in code, models, or startup chaos. This is a

remote, equity-only

position – no salary (yet), but a seat at the table to build something meaningful from the ground up. You’ll work side-by-side with the founder (that’s me) on everything from product architecture to prototype development to AI / ML integration – and you'll help shape the future of access to justice in Latin America and beyond. What You’ll Do

Lead technical development of our MVP using AI, NLP, and other smart tools Build and test prototypes (and break them, then build better ones) Integrate ML models to handle legal document classification, chatbot interactions, and more Collaborate on product roadmap and vision Make strategic tech decisions as part of the founding team Help raise pre-seed funding and join the pitch conversation when needed Who You Are
