Position : Head of Wholesale (Europe) Location : Hybrid / Madrid & Alicante Reporting to : Chief Commercial Officer Reporting Line : Senior Management Languages : Fluent English required; additional European languages are a strong advantage We’re Hiring : Head of Wholesale – Premium Fashion & Lifestyle Brand (Europe) Our client, an internationally recognized fashion and lifestyle brand, has experienced remarkable growth over the past eight years, redefining the footwear space with their bold creativity, vibrant design, and unique market positioning. Known for turning everyday fashion into a statement, their products are designed to keep pace with life’s many transitions. They are now seeking a Head of Wholesale to drive and lead their expansion across Europe. This role offers the chance to be part of a brand with a strong international presence and a forward-thinking, design-led culture. Your Role : Serve as a key brand ambassador, representing the company to industry leaders and top-tier partners. Lead and mentor a team of Wholesale Account Managers across European markets. Shape and execute a robust wholesale strategy aligned with brand and business goals. Identify and develop new commercial opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships. Oversee promotional campaigns, catalog launches, and budget allocations. Collaborate closely with Demand Planning to ensure efficient inventory management. Analyze performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for growth. Partner with Marketing and Customer Experience to deliver a consistent brand message across all touchpoints. The Ideal Profile : Minimum 5 years in a similar leadership role within fashion, footwear, or cosmetics. Proven track record in international sales and team management. Strategic, analytical thinker with strong commercial insight. Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Other European languages are a significant plus. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Educational background in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field. Why Join?
