The following challenges await you:

1. Coaching and supporting the Scrum team in the application and development of the Scrum process.
2. Planning and facilitating Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews.
3. Promoting continuous team development through training and workshops in Scrum methodology.
4. Identifying and removing obstacles that hinder team productivity.
5. Enhancing team dynamics and fostering a self-organized approach to increase efficiency.
6. Ensuring effective communication between the Scrum team, product owner, and stakeholders, and promoting transparency of team progress.

This is important to us:

• Academic background: Degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience: At least 3 years as a Scrum Master in agile software development.
• Certifications: Certifications such as Professional Scrum Master, Professional Product Owner, or Agile Leadership are advantageous.
• Technical tools: Experience with Atlassian software suite tools.
• Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
• Soft skills: Strong organizational, time management, motivation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
