Contract Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through multiple communication channels including phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication abilities, such as active listening and empathy, to tailor each customer interaction
  • Provide clear guidance to customers, helping them find the best solutions while ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  • Recognize customer concerns and relay relevant feedback internally to support process enhancements or development
  • Collaborate effectively with team members while also being capable of working independently
  • Contribute to high customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering an excellent overall service experience

Skills and Qualifications

  • Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (C1 level), both spoken and written
  • Proficient in English, with a minimum of B2 level competency
  • Prior experience in hospitality or other customer-facing environments is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay organized and efficient in a dynamic work setting
  • Comfortable using digital tools and communication platforms
