Help the Digital Experience Monitoring team build agents capable of monitoring end user devices with tight performance constraints. Your team will build innovative monitors to help our users understand their applications better, and to help identify and resolve application performance problems. You will design and architect the agent to be resilient, performant, and easily maintainable.

What you will do

• Build agents capable of monitoring MacOS end user devices with tight performance constraints.
• Build innovative monitors to help our users understand their applications and to help identify and resolve application performance problems.
• Design and architect the agent to be resilient, performant, and easily maintainable.

What makes you an ideal candidate

• BS / MS degree in a technical field
• Strong development skills (10 or more years of experience) working in Objective-C, Go, or C++
• Self-motivated and capable of high performance under minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Experience building macOS applications.
• Experience building agents, backend, or embedded applications with critical memory and CPU constraints.
• Hands-on experience with CI / CD pipelines and tools
• Experience working in a Scrum or Agile environment
• Innovative problem solving, design and testing skills
• Strong domain knowledge of application performance monitoring or end-user experience monitoring (Preferred)
