Our team plays a critical role in optimizing VistaPrint's regional pricing strategies. We build and own sophisticated data products using machine learning models, comprehensive reporting analytics, and automated data engineering workflows. These products empower regional leaders globally to make data-driven pricing decisions, measure the impact of pricing changes, and innovate scalable pricing strategies across diverse product assortments.

What You Will Do

• User & Product Expertise : Understand partner and customer workflows and challenges to shape the vision and strategy for pricing data products, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Strategic Vision & Prioritization : Define and communicate a multi-quarter vision, translate it into quarterly plans, manage the product backlog, and define KPIs reflecting business impact.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Influence : Build relationships, communicate product vision and progress clearly, and secure support at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Driving Innovation & Technical Understanding : Collaborate with data engineers and ML engineers to create scalable data solutions, identify new opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
• Leadership & Team Culture : Lead by example, mentor team members, promote standard processes, and foster a positive, innovative team environment.
• Pricing Automation & Software Focus : Lead development of integrated pricing data products focusing on automation and operational efficiency.

Your Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in product management, focusing on data products, analytics, or BI.
• Experience in software product management and understanding of SDLC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-priority management.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with pricing strategies is a plus.
