Join a leading recruitment insourcing business as a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 4-month contract. You'll be responsible for sourcing top talent, enhancing client relationships, and improving hiring processes in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will have global recruiting experience and strong communication skills. What will I be doing?

Working to deliver exceptional results in finding and hiring top talent, while improving and enhancing TA processes and capabilities.

Your technical expertise, agility, professionalism, dedication, a ‘can do’ attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile will determine your success in this role.

All activities revolve around your main goals of sourcing outstanding candidates and providing an excellent client and candidate experience, thereby enhancing the brand of both our client and Join Talent.

Typical activities include:

  • Creating and gaining buy-in from the client for the project strategy, including EBM, sourcing, channels, assessment, and onboarding.
  • Building strong relationships with client stakeholders such as Hiring Managers, Leadership, HR, and TA, positioning yourself and Join Talent as trusted partners who understand and protect the client’s brand, culture, and values.
  • Creating and posting job adverts following client brand guidelines and managing applications professionally.
  • Sourcing and headhunting suitable candidates matching the role requirements.
  • Screening applicants and presenting a shortlist to relevant stakeholders.
  • Guiding Hiring Managers through the candidate shortlist.
  • Managing the candidate journey in a professional, candidate-centric manner.

Role Requirements:

  • Global talent acquisition experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in utilizing and maintaining ATS and other client/system tools.
  • Ability to write updates and analyze relevant business data.
  • Awareness of market trends and competitor activity regarding candidates.
  • Adherence to company standards on values and ethics in all interactions.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires colleagues and clients to grow the business.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience recruiting in start-up or scale-up environments on a multinational basis is advantageous.
  • Proven full-lifecycle recruiting experience, either in-house or agency.
  • Strong skills in selling value propositions, negotiating, and closing candidates.
  • Track record of quickly closing requisitions.
  • Charisma and a winning personality are key to success.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated approach.
  • Ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders and team members, emphasizing teamwork over lone-wolf approaches.
