As a Senior Business Analyst at Halo Media, you will play a critical role in driving the company's success by providing valuable insights and analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and growth. This is a fully remote position with the opportunity to work with clients from the US!

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
2. Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
3. Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
4. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
5. Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
6. Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
7. Provide guidance to junior analysts and stakeholders to promote best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as data modeling and process mapping.
