About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in the success of our event campaigns, taking ownership of marketing strategy and delivery, including data and customer insights, mar-tech, digital marketing, copywriting, and social media.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, creative, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced event environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, making partnership and collaboration essential. This role offers excellent career growth opportunities in event marketing. Travel will be required, including destinations such as the USA, Spain, Asia, and the UK, subject to event schedules.

Key Objectives :

  • Achieve targets for delegate revenue and attendance for each event.
  • Deliver high-quality delegates aligned with target audiences.
  • Manage event marketing budgets to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Implement strategic, customer-centric marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social media, paid and organic digital channels, telesales, etc.
  • Develop strategies to increase conversion rates of prospects and attendee retention.
  • Ensure all event websites meet quality standards, with SEO and conversion optimization.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Director on pricing strategies.
  • Advance inbound marketing efforts through search marketing, social media, and content marketing campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with the event project team, especially sales and production, and communicate marketing progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, production, customer service, audience development) to align marketing initiatives with event goals.
  • Implement standard marketing processes across channels and proactively communicate plans and tactics.

Success Indicators :

  • Increase event attendance and revenue year-over-year.
  • Improve engagement rates across email and social media campaigns.
  • Introduce innovative ideas to campaigns and team.
  • Generate more leads for tickets and sponsorships.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns.
