Who You’ll Work With

Arista is a fast-growing technology company that continues to innovate in the software-driven cloud networking space. Our HR department shares this ambition, delivering sensitive, valuable, and analytical HR services across 27+ countries. This role is remote.

What You’ll Do

  1. Onboarding Assistance:
    • Support new hire onboarding processes for a seamless integration.
    • Assist in preparing onboarding materials and documentation.
    • Coordinate with departments to ensure new hires have necessary resources.
  2. HR Operations & Administration:
    • Maintain accurate HR records and assist with data entry tasks.
    • Support benefits enrollment, opt-out processes, and census data management.
    • Assist in tracking HR metrics, PTO usage, and audits.
    • Participate in various HR projects locally and internationally.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  1. Students nearing the completion of a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Strong organizational skills and tech-savviness.
  3. Attention to detail and process orientation.
  4. Interest in developing and participating in HR processes and initiatives.
  5. Advanced English skills.
  6. Willingness to learn, innovate, and demonstrate problem-solving skills and proactivity.
  7. Availability for a 6-month internship contract.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cutting-edge technologies.
  9. Desire to learn and grow professionally.
  10. A positive, collaborative attitude.
