Your Role : Country Marketing Manager – Spain

As our Country Marketing Manager for Spain , you’ll be the captain of our brand and growth strategy in one of our most strategic markets. You'll craft and execute data-driven marketing plans, build Spoki’s presence across all major channels, and drive customer acquisition with bold and localized initiatives. Your goal? Accelerate adoption and make Spoki the go-to Conversational Commerce platform for Spanish businesses.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build & Localize the Marketing Strategy : Define and execute the go-to-market plan for the Spanish market. From brand to performance, you own the funnel.
  • Lead Campaigns that Convert : Design and manage full-funnel marketing campaigns—digital, email, content, social, and offline—to drive pipeline growth and brand awareness.
  • Amplify Spoki’s Voice : Act as the brand ambassador across Spain. Engage local media, influencers, communities, and events to amplify reach.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with Sales, Product, and Growth to align messaging, positioning, and strategy with business goals.
  • Act on Data : Use insights from GA4, CRM, and other analytics tools to track performance, optimize campaigns, and continuously iterate.
  • Customer-Centric Approach : Localize messaging and offers based on user research, feedback, and market insights.
  • Scale What Works : Identify high-performing initiatives and replicate them across segments and regions.

Ideal Profile

  • Strong experience in building and scaling B2B marketing strategies, ideally in SaaS or tech environments
  • Proven success in managing brand, demand gen, and product marketing across multiple channels
  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and positioning skills, tailored to local audiences

Digital & Analytical Mastery

  • Data-driven : Experience with GA4, CRM (HubSpot), Looker Studio, and campaign A / B testing
  • ROI obsessed : You monitor, test, and optimize every touchpoint along the funnel
  • Autonomous, but collaborative : you drive your own priorities while aligning with global goals
  • Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
  • Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in Italian is a plus

Bonus

  • Experience in e-commerce, messaging platforms, or SaaS
  • Public speaking, webinar hosting, or community-building background
  • International mindset and experience in cross-border marketing
