Are you an expert at creating high-impact paid media campaigns and passionate about optimizing performance through data? One of our clients - a leading performance marketing agency - is seeking a Paid Media Buyer who’s not only proficient in Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads , but also excels at data analysis, forecasting, and campaign pacing.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s hungry, results-driven, and ready to make an immediate impact by scaling direct-response campaigns through strategic data use.

Position Overview :

We’re on the lookout for a Paid Media Buyer with proven expertise in direct-response growth marketing. This fully remote role involves executing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and potentially other channels. The ideal candidate is deeply analytical, process-oriented, and able to optimize campaigns to deliver measurable performance at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution : Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, focusing on ROI and performance KPIs.
  • Data-Driven Optimization : Monitor performance daily, spot anomalies or pacing issues, and iterate quickly to drive growth.
  • Pacing & Forecasting : Use historical data and tools to project outcomes, allocate budgets, and ensure optimal pacing.
  • Creative Collaboration : Work closely with creative teams to ensure ad assets are aligned with platform best practices and campaign goals.
  • Budget Management & Reporting : Track campaign spend, manage pacing, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Communication : Deliver reports and updates to stakeholders using Google Slides and other tools.
  • Trend Monitoring & Innovation : Stay up to date on platform changes and digital trends to implement innovative media buying strategies.
  • Technical Skills : Able to implement Meta Conversion APIs, configure Tags and Pixels through GTM, and set up Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs).
  • Team Collaboration & Mentorship : Support teammates, share best practices, and help elevate performance across the team.

What You Bring

Deep experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with budgets of at least $50K / month.

Familiarity with additional platforms (TikTok, Bing, Amazon) is a plus.

Data Analysis Mastery :

Skilled with GA4, Triple Whale, NorthBeam, Looker Studio (or similar tools) for insight generation and visualization.

Comfortable digging into data and identifying actionable performance trends.

Pacing & Forecasting Skills :

Strong capabilities in campaign pacing and forecasting to ensure delivery and efficiency.

Confident working with KPIs, conversion metrics, and performance benchmarks.

Able to work hand-in-hand with creative teams to iterate and test performance-driven ad concepts.

Reporting & Communication :

Clear and concise communicator who can translate data into insights for internal teams or clients.

Driven Mindset :

Hungry to learn, improve, and win-always thinking about how to grow and optimize.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

At least 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and paid media, with a focus on direct-response strategies and data-driven performance optimization.

Proven ability to manage large budgets and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google Ads .

Exceptional analytical skills and experience with performance metrics, ROI analysis, and forecasting.

Strong communication and project management abilities.

Leadership experience is a plus.

Willing to work within US time zone
