Join us as a Senior Backend Engineer at Taxually

What we are looking for

We want a Senior Backend Product Engineer to join our expanding Product Engineering team. We ensure that your role remains engaging and challenging.

Responsibilities

• Work on one or more of our growing SaaS products in a B2B environment
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain software with automated tests, thorough documentation, and modern delivery practices within cloud-native architectures
• Improve the full software development lifecycle from problem definition to deployment and support
• Support live operations, including on-call engineering and incident response
• Balance immediate business needs with long-term architectural vision

Desired skills and experience

• 5+ years in web / microservices development, monitoring, and maintenance, including REST APIs supporting web and mobile applications
• Experience with the MSFT .NET stack, C#, Azure, and Azure DevOps
• Focus on product and customer outcomes
• Collaborative mindset, eager to work with engineers and domain experts
• Curiosity and a questioning attitude
• Proactive testing and opinion sharing
• Comfort with ambiguity and iterative processes
