Role: Associate Customer Success Manager
  1. Manage and develop relationships with up to 200 client accounts within your region.
  2. Build deep relationships and guide clients through their experience journey.
  3. Train clients on Deel processes and platform navigation to meet their needs.
  4. Drive product adoption and growth discussions, emphasizing Deel’s core value propositions.
  5. Strengthen client relationships by resolving challenges and reducing churn.
  6. Act as a trusted partner, understanding business needs and creating solutions as a mini project manager.
  7. Collaborate with sales, support, and onboarding teams to support Deel’s growth.
  8. Advocate for clients by sharing insights with revenue and product teams.
  9. Stay passionate about Deel’s mission and stay updated on new products and features.
Success criteria :
  1. 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management with complex clients.
  2. Ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach.
  3. Strong communication skills, capable of handling escalations.
  4. Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
  5. Based within the EMEA timezone.
