Position Overview

The EAM Repository Manager will be responsible for managing STADA’s Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) repository tool (LeanIX). They will ensure effective utilization of the tool to support the organization’s enterprise architecture governance process. The manager will work closely with the Enterprise Architecture team, IT teams, and other stakeholders to align the EAM repository with the organization’s business objectives, principles, standards, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the EAM repository tool (LeanIX) and ensure its effective use in supporting enterprise architecture governance.
2. Develop, refine, and populate the EAM Repository in accordance with STADA’s Enterprise Architecture Principles, Strategy, and Guidelines.
3. Monitor and measure EAM data quality and accuracy, ensuring all Application/Platform Owners model and maintain data properly according to EAM Guidelines.
4. Participate in governance processes and collaborate with application and platform owners to ensure alignment with technical and functional standards.
5. Define standards and best practices for data analysis, modeling, and queries within the LeanIX Repository.
6. Partner with governance teams to ensure EAM modeling adheres to data principles and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Management, including experience with EAM repository tools like LeanIX.
• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture Principles, Standards, and Guidelines.
• Experience with data modeling, metadata management, and configuration management.
• Knowledge of IT service management, project management, and related IT tools and systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
