Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Management, especially supporting HR applications.
  • Experience with global survey tools and HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Position Summary

This role serves as a liaison between IS/IT, Business Consumers, Customers, and Vendors. As part of the Product Team, you will understand business opportunities and issues, advise on solutions, and translate strategies into IS/IT product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering value to end users.

What you’ll do

  • Support the Product Manager in defining and communicating the product vision, goals, and objectives.
  • Develop and execute a product strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and developers to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Maintain a transparent and prioritized product backlog.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
  • Coordinate with vendors or development teams for product releases.
  • Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and analyze market trends for improvements.
  • Support the product's success and drive adoption and retention.
  • Develop communication strategies for product updates and system issues.
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers to support broader product growth.
  • Maintain product KPIs, including security and compliance indicators, through timely assessments.

  • Knowledge of analytics trends, PowerBI, and Agile/DevOps methodologies.
  • Understanding of system engineering, security guidelines, and architecture standards.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and experience working with virtual teams globally.
