Formación

To support our Adtech team at LuxExperience we are searching for a Director Adtech & AI Applications (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich or Barcelona office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Understand the needs and requirements of the LuxExperience Stores (Mytheresa, Net à Porter, Mr. Porter) and translate into clear roadmap for Adtech, AI applications, and customer & marketing data initiatives.
  • Continuously develop and optimize the onsite tracking technologies across all stores, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and maximum data quality.
  • Drive the creation and implementation of AI-powered applications (esp. Google Vertex) to improve customer experience and drive automation.
  • Act as the key liaison between technical teams, the LuxExperience Stores, and executive leadership.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
WHO YOU ARE

  • More than 7 years work experience in Adtech, analytical AI or management of data applications preferably in an eCommerce and international environment
  • Expert understanding of eCommerce tracking methodologies and tools (Google Analytics, Snowplow), analytical AI technologies, and campaign optimization tools (CDP).
  • Proven track record in managing and scaling technical teams in a global organization.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities, fostering growth and engagement within teams.
  • Experience in aligning diverse teams to achieve shared goals in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Flawless reliability and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent written and spoken English, other languages are a plus
