Job Responsibilities
- Lead conversations with local tourism offices worldwide to promote our key projects in each city.
- Drive tourism marketing initiatives globally to promote our events among tourists, including visibility in hotels, tourist hotspots, flyers, etc.
- Organize activations in strategic locations such as airports, hotels, fairs, and events. Analyze tourism trends and consumer behavior.
- Analyze competitor activity in our category across key destinations.
- Take initial responsibility for developing, implementing, and evaluating projects in collaboration with all relevant functions.
About You
- Proven experience in Tourism Marketing (at least 3 years).
- Based in Madrid or willing to relocate to work closely with the team.
- Proactive, independent, with strong self-management, excellent problem-solving skills, and resourcefulness.
- Data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of data analytics and metrics, able to make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong project management skills, with a solid understanding of development processes and budget control.
- High level of personal ownership, initiative, and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficient in using Google Spreadsheets.
