Descripción del empleo

Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead conversations with local tourism offices worldwide to promote our key projects in each city.
  2. Drive tourism marketing initiatives globally to promote our events among tourists, including visibility in hotels, tourist hotspots, flyers, etc.
  3. Organize activations in strategic locations such as airports, hotels, fairs, and events. Analyze tourism trends and consumer behavior.
  4. Analyze competitor activity in our category across key destinations.
  5. Take initial responsibility for developing, implementing, and evaluating projects in collaboration with all relevant functions.
About You
  • Proven experience in Tourism Marketing (at least 3 years).
  • Based in Madrid or willing to relocate to work closely with the team.
  • Proactive, independent, with strong self-management, excellent problem-solving skills, and resourcefulness.
  • Data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of data analytics and metrics, able to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong project management skills, with a solid understanding of development processes and budget control.
  • High level of personal ownership, initiative, and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using Google Spreadsheets.
